Frightened Butterfly
You gazed upon my aging petals
Green eyes, enchanting smile
Your journey to gather pollen
From my gentle breast
Our souls engaged
Eyelash to eyelash
Venturing closer you
Flitted midair
Unsure
Thirsty
Drink a samplet of my nectar
In concert with nature
Find solace near my soul
Your body and soul
Begins a struggle,
Promoted
A denial of bodily pleasures
